Make your bedroom a pleasant place to sleep
The ideal room temperature varies between 16 and 20 degrees Centigrade.
Make going to bed into a ritual
Try to go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Make going to bed a routine.
Do not eat, drink or smoke before going to bed
Never go to bed on a full stomach. Also take care of what you eat or drink before sleeping: coffee, nicotine, cola and chocolate have a stimulating effect.
The best way to relax before sleeping is to read a book or by doing relaxation exercises.
